Your appointment
Pearls Beautique is appointment only basis. Please ensure you have an appointment prior to visiting to the clinic.
Please bear in mind if you or anyone within your household have recently travelled to another country around the world, it is advisable to allow 14 clear days before attending an appointment.
On the day of your appointment
If you feel unwell, have a temperature, continuous cough, loss or change in taste of smell for any reason, please do not attend your appointment.
Please call the number on your appointment confirmation email to re-arrange your appointment. Alternatively, please email pearlsbeautiqueaesthetics@gmail.com.
Please arrive on time your appointment.
If you are taking public transport, please adhere to the government directive, recommending that people wear face coverings in crowded areas such as public transport..
On arrival, you will be required to wash your hands and use an antibacterial solution provided.
No guests or children will be allowed to attend the appointment with you.
Please avoid bringing excess bags, coats and belongings to your appointment.
You are welcome to bring your own bottle of water.
The treatment room is thoroughly deep cleaned after every appointment.
During your appointment
During treatments a new apron, pair of gloves, mask and or face shield will be worn (subject to government guidelines).
The treatment couch is cleaned and refreshed between each client. Disposable couch roll and a clean towel used for each client. (Duvets or Blankets that are not single-use have been removed). You are welcome to bring your own blanket.
Payments can be made via contactless card machine, which is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned after each use or bank transfer.
After your appointment
If you begin to feel unwell, develop a temperature, continuous cough, lose or experience changes in your taste of smell for any reason within 14 days of your appointment.
Please inform us immediately by contacting the number on your appointment confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: It is my duty of care to keep you safe when visiting Pearls Beautique, I would expect the same courtesy from you. Pearls Beautique reserve the right to seek legal action against any individuals who fail to notify me of their COVID -19 symptoms or illness.
